Additional charges may apply for services, including, but not limited to:

Liftgate delivery
Residential delivery
Limited access locations
Appointment deliveries
Inside delivery
Re-delivery due to missed appointments

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting any visible shipping damage to the carrier immediately.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of commercial freight shipments, all sales are final and returns are generally not accepted. If the product arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please reach out to us for assistance.

Any issues should be reported promptly after delivery.
